What counts as an export?
Every time you click Export MP4 and the render completes. Previews in the workspace are free and unlimited — only the final exported MP4 counts against your monthly allowance.
What happens if I hit my limit?
You'll see an upgrade prompt in the app. You can either upgrade to a higher tier (your limit goes up immediately) or buy an overage pack (5 exports for $15). Unused overage credits roll over to the following month.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the billing portal and you'll keep your paid plan until the end of the current billing period. After that you're back on Free with 2 watermarked exports per month.
Do free exports have a watermark?
Yes — a small Launchable badge in the corner of the video and on the embed player. Every paid tier removes it. You can still share the watermarked export anywhere, including Product Hunt.
Can I pay per export instead of a subscription?
Not yet — we'd rather you ship 15 demos on Solo for $29 than one demo for $5. If you only need the occasional video, stay on Free and use overage packs on a paid tier for bursts.
What about enterprise?
Studio is the top published tier. If you need more than 120 exports per month, SAML SSO, a dedicated instance, or custom billing, email us at rayyan@clientacquisition.io.
